What it is
You paste the public GOV.UK URL of a named Applications & Decisions edition (or a named public-inquiry written decision). We send a PDF that:
- states the operator, licence number and licence type in one page of plain English;
- lists the operating centre(s) and vehicle/trailer authorisation as published;
- names the transport manager if the publication names one;
- states whether the item is a new application, variation, grant, refusal, surrender, or a public-inquiry decision;
- cites the published wording, and the objection deadline if that edition still has one.
If the publication is thin, the PDF says so. We do not invent centres, vehicles, or decisions.
What it is not
- Not licensing advice. We do not tell you whether to apply, object, or how to run the fleet.
- Not O-licence application writing. We do not prepare, lodge, or chase an application or variation.
- Not public-inquiry advocacy. We do not represent anyone before a Traffic Commissioner.
